Great service from Richard P. My service manager. Took the time to assess my situation and provided the optimal solution.
They were very honest and respectful.
Took 40 minutes to get my car out of the shop. It is on a maintenance plan so there was no balance owed, it's just that they are so slow at the service counter. Then the porter dropped me off at the wrong car so I had to walk all over the parking lot in 109 temp looking for my car. He just dropped me off and took off on the golf cart as fast as he could go. I was pouring sweat by time I found my car. Let's just say, it could have been a better experience.
Lee Schuster was absolutely fantastic
I went there for oil and filter change, auto advisor told me its going to take 2 hours, but finished got my vehicle in 1hr. Staffs are very nice.
