Toyota of Richardson has the Best Service Department. All the employees treat you like you are part of their family. They take pride in their work and it shows.
Ive been taking my car there since I bought it but last maintenance service was not that great . I was so disappointed my car sound it different driving in , so I took it back and they wanted to fix something else. Before de service it was fine how come after the service s the noise start it .

Everything was done correctly it just took an extremely long time.

It was fairly good service. The wait was too long.Should ensure to explain what was and wasn't done.I let them know about a defect in the drivers seat front frame.The tech removed it after many attempts to fix it on several occasions and said he see it often.I think Toyota should post a recall but they don't seem to make it a priority.
Service good. Personnel handling customer entry not so good. Lacking in coordination.
Went there for an oil change and tire rotation. I have a tire pressure sensor that needs to be replaced and they charge $350 to replace one, for that price, might as well just buy a whole new set of tires. Didn't do it.
