Not sure which experience this is. I went in for the 65,000 mile check and I was back there 2 weeks later maybe to get a new battery. It had to be jumped in the service line. I wish I had not needed to drive back there 2 weeks later, but they changed out the battery for me very quickly which I appreciated.
On Time. Always responsible. Great communication. Keep up the great work.
Lee was great as usual. We were in and out in about an hour or so. Did what needed to be done.
Forgot my phone. Had to go home with their shuttle to be able to show them the oil change coupon email they sent me. Kind of a hassle. Everything else ok.
