I came in to get my alternator and battery changed. That visit went well, but I ended up back in the shop two days later after being left stranded and having to get my car towed to the dealership because the team forgot to close out all items in the computer associated with the prior updates. That impacted my elec power steering which could have been a very bad had I been on a busy highway rather than a side street with slower traffic. TOR needs better QC. At least the return visit was free.
Everyone was helpful and efficient. No hard sells on things I don't need. It is a stress free maintenance.
