65K factory service and paint protection re-apply. Expected it to take all day and it was ready at 4.30pm. No surprises and work good. Got the usual up-sell at the service desk. I keep up with my car's maintenance and know what to expect here. Never agree to all of the up-sell items.
I had a 12:05 PM appointment. Arrived at 12 noon. No one came to my car or acknowledged me for 5 minutes. Then finally, I was greeted, but not after seeing multiple employees walking around the garage area with seemingly nothing to do. Technician was courteous.
Nice work, good service. Especially when you have a platinum insurance with your car.

Great experience. I got exactly what I wanted. Zach was awesome, and was instrumental in helping me get to the price I needed to be at.
Again I had the best service from my service tech Oliver. He is the best service tech I have had in 10 years. He is service oriented and customer oriented. He focuses on you and listens extremely well. Even though he is very busy you never feel rushed, ignored, or that he doesnt have time to listen to everything you have attention on. He is very knowledgeable too and doesnt hesitate to answer any questions. Really he has just old fashion manners and care for his customer. I like that he is cheerful, so nice in todays world.
This was a car that had 20,000 miles on it. The Service Department delivered the car in perfect condition - re the tires, seats, oil, gas, cleanliness, etc. It was delivered as good as if it was truly new.
I've been servicing my '03 Highlander for nearly 20 years at ToR. Always been comfortable with technician's advise and service.
I was pleased and satisfied.
