I like a Discount but waiting time to long

I liked the service. I am pleased with my Service Advisor (Benito N.). I was angry and disgusted at check-out when told I would need to pay 3% credit card fee. Spoke to the manager. He blamed it on Berkshire, as did the programmed cashier. I have been a steady customer since 1995. This sneaky little tactic (credit card fee) has completely changed my opinion of Toyota of Richardson. Unless I need work that is very highly specialized, I am finished with your agency

The car did not match the carfax! I had texted the sales team that was helping us asking if there was anything wrong with the car. They said no and would have it ready for us to look when we arrived. When we arrived the salesperson took down some info and then told us that the car had damage to the driver side door. He said that someone attempted to fix it themselves and had been spray painted. entry inspection had heavy push to sell 3 new tires (4 actually, they spouted some nonsense about uneven tire wear affecting traction control) all 4 tires not even close to wear indicators, but entry inspection says tires are worn out. The usual up sell on oil and fuel adds. Shop inspection is suspect, stating tires have more tread life than previous visit, same with the brake pads. Again with 3% surcharge on CC payment, 115K service was $419 - the 120K service will be the last visit in 6 months at this dealer. I don't trust... read more
