TR lawing is a great rental service. A great advantage is the possibility to rent properties form private owners as well as other rental properties. the payment options and flexibilities are very convenient ranging from in person (cash, check, cards) to online and a after hours drop box. Request for in home service can be a bit of an issue occasionally if services are not covered by warranty, but other than that, a great place to find rentals for all your needs.
We have rented a house with TR Lawing and have had a really good experience with them. Prompt response to questions/issues and a very smooth letting process. Thanks to David and Rachel who have been great.

I rented from TR LAWING for 7years and never was late or missed a payment. I applied for another property recently, and was drug along right up until the last minute. Carmen called me at 9:30am and asked my situation; living alone, how long do you plan on staying etc;. I said 1-2years at the least as I’m looking to buy. Carmen then stated she would call me back.
