1. Taking various applications at a time shows you are just trying to rack up application fees. 2. required to make 3-4 times the rent individually is not normal practice and saying unless married when this is not even asked on the application seems a bit shady. 3. Very unhappy ☹️ I sent over serious amount of personal information and gotten an approval, The minute I gave a small list of repairs for the home, my approval was snatched away from me in seconds, With no truthful excuse as to why I could not rent the house now. !! And I’m still waiting on my refund for my binder. I feel like a scam was told on me $100 easily for the application, I will be very careful.

I got locked out and in seversl yones domeyhong wrong with the door mechanism my key would not work wait for hours. Could not take insulin. Their was broke blind snd the screen door was broke. Washer stop working never fixed i adk to replace blind and to bring my own washer and dryer they said own refused. Julius was terrible! He indirectly advised about the “local employment policy after collecting fees”. This company has a racial based stance on whom they “advocate to property owners when selecting potential tenants. We are in a pandemic with two working adults in a household working 40plus hrs a week and additional supporting incomes this company still said “declined”! Ridiculous Julius was not being informative or helpful. The most racial profiled experience I have ever encountered from a property management company EVER!

My experience was horrible. I feel the T.R Lawning, INC has policies in place to racial profile potential tents.I completely understand the ultimate decision to lease a property to potential clients are decided by the property owners however this particular agency does not have a concern nor policy in place to accommodate the current pandemic in which many Americans have endured. I would not recommend this company to anyone very poor customer service! Very racial discriminating policies!
