I viewed a property just to be told it’s already rented, and I just received an email saying I can apply for the property after ive been told it’s rented.

I was the very first one to apply for this place and told the ladies that it was an immediate move in. I have reached out multiple times and they end up approving somebody else

Your property management is horrible. It took over 6 months to repair my maintenance request to repair the roof leak in my bedroom and another 3 months to repair damage from a burst pipe in a bathroom.. I was unable to occupy the property for over a month and was only credited $725.00 for this. In addition, I was left with over $600.00 in electrical bills due to the restoration contractors running fans to dry up the water. No issues .I just wonder why with date set for payment and agreement approved by property manager and accounts receivable that we would receive numerous mail stating late payment. I understand a reminder email closer to the date agreed upon.However;numerous mailing seem unfair,Just my opinion😊

Signed lease over 30 days still waiting on maintenance to come .. No smoke detectors work stove broken fridge in pieces... Not a happy camper not even eviction knobs from prior resident were removed . no light fixtures in kitchen been in dark for a week now since moved . no outlet switches work in home... Cant cook for my kids single mom they did not seem to care or worry. Not a very good experience. The whole corona excuse is old my patience has run out. The accounting department has been an absolute nightmare for me and my roommate to deal with. They expect us to submit our funds through certified funds only in the wake of a global pandemic. The representative doesn’t answer or return calls and is rude. I’m very dissatisfied with the service I have received.
