Beth Cruz was horrible, she talked and talked and talked just for the sake of hearing her own self speak. If verbose had a picture representation in the dictionary her photo would be there. She offered incorrect information during our first conversation and then attempted to backtrack on the second day telling me that I misunderstood what she said and that she was "sorry" that I misinterpreted what she said. This economy is crazy!! 3.5-4x the rent??? And the rent it’s 1295??? So I have to make $4000 a month to live??? Who’s making that kind of money????
there is no reason to use a realtor and require a realtor fee for a property that I found online... Probably the most useless thing I have encountered while looking at property in Charlotte
Was given the names and numbers of 5 realtors, three did not pick up and two were extremely rude and unhelpful. From their tone of voice and condescending demeanor, absolutely no enthusiasm to be renting a property. Spoke to John Sterett and Tiarra Graves on two separate occasions. The worst realtors I’ve spoken to in my life. Completely steered me away from wanting to work with the company.
I am so disappointed. This is the first time I am Looking to Rent a House. I just made a mistake, and I offered them I could put six months for a Security Deposit. But they still declined my application because my workplace was too far from that house despite my employer writing the letter to them to explain my situation, and they had no idea for that. They took my time. I think they discriminated against me when they found out that I have two young children .
Fixing same leak over and over
So someone who has student loans not delinquent, medical bills and credit card ontime payments could be unsatisfactory credit. Then the link sent does not allow my information because error received does not match. So who's information was put in.
