My experience was horrible. I feel the T.R Lawning, INC has policies in place to racial profile potential tents.I completely understand the ultimate decision to lease a property to potential clients are decided by the property owners however this particular agency does not have a concern nor policy in place to accommodate the current pandemic in which many Americans have endured. I would not recommend this company to anyone very poor customer service! Very racial discriminating policies!
Upon moving into one of the rental homes at t.r lawing we had a plethora of issues with our home that needed to be fixed. We were also told we couldn’t move in until a certain time to accommodate a walkthrough done by the property manager and that never happened. Some issues that are still not completely resolved to this day. I was interested in a property the very first day it posted, applied with everything I was supposed to Sunday with the understanding that I would be contacted the next business. No response on Monday or Tuesday so I called Tuesday and asked about my app. Wednesday afternoon(today) I was asked to contact my current landlord to get some paperwork and submit it. My co applicant hasn’t had a chance to enter her portion of the application, and I was already denied. Unfair
Scammers and I’m making sure everyone in the area knows about you guys We have just shy of 700 credit score and we have a company that makes 200 thousand a year But you guys instead waited when I was the first one who submitted an application and you waited and got 10’other ones charged everyone an application fee and a binder fee It’s all a scam I was discriminated
T R Lawing was one of the worst leasing companies I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. You are just another number to them. I will never lease through this company again. I suggest anyone thinking about leasing with them to stear clear.
Is taking so long to aprove the application
Save your time and money! For almost 2 weeks I had to make contact with this company by sending emails, leaving voicemails that were never returned until after about 10 days. They never responded to my husbands credit report and on mine it was inaccurate by 100 points. This company is scamming people left and right. I already filed a complaint with the BBB and next I'm contacting whistle blowers to make sure this company gets investigated. Completely and 100% unprofessional. Renters BEWARE!
Would prefer to deal with a company that doesn't exercise discriminatory practices.
