I am giving three stars because of how good VCP was in the beginning. Now they have ignored all my e mails and calls. My complaint is about the bad lawyers they use in Washington DC. I asked these lawyers to assist in my TDIU Unemployability claim after VCP told me to contact them. The lawyers refused to assist and I proceeded the TDIU claim on my own. I won the TDIU claim and notified the lawyers as my Migraine claim went from 10 to 30 percent. But it did not increase my total 80 percent disability rating. Now the lawyers h... read more

Victor M. M****** I am very impressed by the quality of service provided by Vet Comp & Medical Consulting. I had been dealing with a VSO for a few years and everything been going great and all of a certain I hit a brick wall. Overall I love Vet Comp. I know a very small percentage of folks have had bad experiences and some of those are actually invalid because of XYZ, but clearly the overwhelming majority of folks who have used them have had great experiences, my self included. Only reason I didn't give them 5 stars is because they could do better with email response times, but I know they work with a lot of vets, so I'm sure they respond as soon as they can.

Just can't believe that it take these guys to get me threw a gov't program to get benefits that I should have gotten 40 years ago. Great job!

I contracted with Trajector for my Dad’s VA benefits. He received a 60% rating, which was great. However, one of the main reasons we went with Trajector is because we were told Trajector would also handle the appeals process. They have completely changed their policy and without informing us. I only found out they no longer handle appeals because I asked what we should do next if his pending claim were to be denied. I was shocked. There was no adjustment in their fee or even an apology… They are still drafting the commission... read more

Veterans NEVER use this company this is by far one of the worst decisions I have ever made. This company wants your money, your money until you die and will do everything they can to take YOUR money before you even get paid. Please NEVER use them.

Used them for my claim. Basically everything they did was denied. Only thing approved was the ones I did a C&P exam. I paid the amount they billed me. Afterwards I decided to do my next claim on my own. Not using their paperwork or their help. Somehow they got into my VA and started to charge me for a claim I did on my own, which I was able to get an extra increase in my rating. They are charging me for an increase i did on my own.
