I would not be surprised if Trajector paid for all or most of these 1 and 2 line reviews with 5 stars. When Trajector Medical was Veteran Comp and Pension (VCP) I was having VERY similar problems as I currently experiencing. This is now coming up on 6 years of problems. I filed a claim with them and it got denied. they then wouldn't stop contacting me even though I told them it was denied. I told them they don't represent me anymore and yet I kept getting phone calls from them. I do not recommend them to anyone.

I was begging places to help me and Trajector said they would, I contracted with them and after a long period of time with no contact, I started making hundreds of calls, finally managed to say the right words that got the VA to finally do a re evaluation and set up a bunch of appointments, I communicated with the VA directly, not through Trajector, and did everything myself. Contacted trajectory medical to assist in helping me with the convoluted VA process a couple days ago. From the start things didnt seem right. The agent Couldn't answer basic questions and did not have a basic understanding of common acronyms utilized in the military. At the end of the conversation I was pressured to provide a stateside address. I work with *** and dont have one! This company has gotten me to 90%. I am actively working to get to 100%, the process has been fairly easy up until this point. If you can get someone on the phone you actually can understand like ******* who I spoke to today and was able to get me back on track and hopefully getting more claims in. If not youre absolutely screwed and there is NEVER a supervisor available, and no they will not call you even when they say they will. i feel that there was a breach of contract and that services were not rendered. trajectory medical did not hold their end of bargain and are now charging me a huge invoice over my va increase. however during their process they did not assist me in anyway, i did my own work, my own follow *** and provided documentation. i. do not feel comfortable paying them and now they are harassing me calling me everyday.
I feel like I have been told misleading information and lied to.I was told that I would be seen by a Medical Doctor for my Compensation exam it was a nurse practitioner not a doctor and she would not even discuss my biggest medical concern which is my multiple spinal surgeries and my severe neuropathy.I spoke with several different people from this company and was told the same verbage as if they were reading a script. ************ said it perfectly, I was told the same thing and then after being told you could give them the payment in 5 month increments, I was told after 3 months interest would be charged. Another take advantage of veterans company! Find someone else, I also never talked to someone I could understand! They all had a very hard accent to understand! Not worth your time
