My husband was expecting this company to help him with his claim and after helping him submit one form there was a ridiculous charge!!!!!!!! Please do your research before using this company. There are agencies that help veterans with their claims free of charge!
I have been working with this company and I have not been satisfied with the work that I have received from them. This company takes advantage of veterans.
At first, seems to be an OK company, Nope! When they first sent me the forms to review. The "Battle ****** reps wanted me to rush through the information, just click "ok" and sign. WOW. First. several information was incorrect, not just 1 or 2, but more. They even had me as a Reservist, NO!. The Medical Buddy ***** *** bother asking questions! The first person I talked to said that I would need to file a paper with the VA and that he would send me a link. He said after my initial filing and after my approval that trajector medical would then take over and collect medical evidence from my doctor and my past doctors I told him that I had had trouble because it had been so long since I had been in the military collecting that evidence. These people are a scam. Very very bad business. I am now trapped and this business is not working with me (providing answers) I have repeatedly called and have repeatedly received zero answers. Trajector Medical is using stall techniques. ( The person you are trying to reach is on lunch and or break) never calling back. I am done with these scammers and seeking legal representation. It was a disaster; they did manage to get my disability increased. Billing was a disaster; after sending the information about my increase, they still failed to bill me. After several more phone calls, I got the information I needed to pay them. I sent 60% of the amount owed. The next day, I got a notice that the remaining balance was overdue by three months; I have been trying to get them to give me the information so I can pay them. All of these assistance providers are a necessary evil for vets who aren't experienced in navigating the VA system. They take advantage of our lack of knowledge in creating a claim package and charge what would be all of the retro pay you might receive. In the end I realized I would have been better served by getting help through the *** or other fraternal organization.
