A complete rip-off and con-job. I had Trajector Medical file several claims for me with the VA due to my service connected disability. All but one claim was denied acct no nexus to service injury (very poorly written), In all, I received a 10% increase which I paid Trajector Medical in full. I feel like it is not worth it, If you put some effort into learning the process and look for free information on the internet, you can do most of it yourself. I told them what I was going to file for and they basically copy pasted that onto an intent to file which I could have done myself. The form they had me turn in was lacking information so a VA representative had to call me to make a more detailed intent to file because the one these guys turned in was all messed up. I am disappointed in Trajector Medical ***************************************************************** A person at the VA suggested I reach out to them to see if I qualify for comp and pen. Found out the person will get a referral fee.I worked harder for Trajector inputting nonsense into a data base and received no direction from my battle ****** I get paid for doing a job and didn't need another. I was very weary of using Trajector Medical, I was told that they were called Vet Comp and Pen but they changed their name. I was told from the beginning and multiple times that this wasnt fraudulent and they wanted to make valid accurate claims. I asked multiple times how I could upload my records for them to look and see the supporting documentation that I had. Very unhappy with this compact tried several times to cancel service and they refuse to contact me. I emailed and called them I signed up on July 19, 2022 and was trying to cancel on July 25. They do not answer the phone but when they do they tell you the team will reach out to you. I have not filed my va claim have not talk to anyone at all but Im getting the run around my next step is my congressman. This company is horrible I should have done my research.

I was referred to this company by a friend. Initially everything seemed fine. They submitted several claims and 1 was approved. I paid the invoice fee. Then on April 5, 2022 I requested to cancel my contract. I got an email April 11, 2022 stating they received the request. It is now July 28, 2022 and I still haven't received a cancelation letter. Please AVOID this company at ALL costs! They are currently trying to ******* me into paying for services that they did not render me. They started off wonderful and got me a 10% increase (which I self-notified) after that, they NEVER sent an invoice; I should have known that was a RED FLAG. I JUST received the invoice for that increase in May 2022, about 1 year and some months later. This company lied to me from day 1. I was told in the very beginning that they become my POA to speak to the VA for me and they take my password and will file the claim for me all I need to do is submit my medical file and and answer there questions and discuss my claims over the phone. That was not the case. They sent me a paper to fill out for ptsd and didn’t even proof read it when I filled it out. These people are now just scamming. They switched from the name Comp and pen. I was helped and I paid for my services rendered. They did have access to my accounts because they requested our account names and passwords to check on our ratings. I told them I wouldn’t be using there services any more way over a year ago and when my rating went up they suddenly called me to pay for something they had nothing to do with it.
