Harassment from them weekly. They didnt help us. Violated our privacy rights sending unsolicited emails with private information. Getting ready to reach out to attorney general. Its been a year since documents were sent and case closed and they continue harassment of disabled veteran who had a stroke a few months ago. They call, leave messages and emails non stop for over a year now! We have spoken to them to stop, then they send texts, etc

The VA Disability process is an adversary process. They [VA] do not have the best interest of the Veteran during the Compensation process; to wit: the Maze of forms and processes to file a claim are intended to confuse and discourage the [Veteran].If not for Trajector Medical, I would still be caught in the VAs form and Compensation riptide. I used Trajector Medical in October of 2021. After only a couple of months I was awarded 10% for tinnitus. I paid the invoice sent to my by Trajector Medical.A couple of months went by with no word from Trajector or anyone else about the remaining issues on my claim. About a month later I received a letter from the VA stating the nexus letter and all paperwork submitted by Trajectors doctor was inadmissible and the remainder of my claims were put in forbearance. I feel as though I'm doing all the work. Then I can't get them to process my payment. They lack communication within the company. I never seem to talk to the same person twice.
For the last few months, I keep getting automated emails that dont make sense. They are overcharging me for claims I did by my self. Even after I explained to them numerous times and sent in documents. my raiting increased only after I submitted my own claims and they are still trying to charge me for it. Dont go with this company, instead, educate your self on the VA system, its not rocket science. Plenty of free resources out there. Tried to get Veteran Disability through them. Came onto this site to see if they were legit and after calling VA found out that they are not, the help for what I need. I want them to delete the profile I made through them. want customer service department to assure me that profile has been deleted!
Trajector Medical is a scam. They did nothing on my last claim and are expecting to be paid. I filed the claim myself. Did all the paperwork myself..So, again.. stay away from this place!!!!!
There's no sugar coating it. This company is awful. The definition of taking money from well-deserved veterans. For starters, they out-source their team from some country in Asia with Virtual Assistances for their customer service department who have no idea how to address concerns. They have no idea what they are talking about, and they ignore you and stick with a script. When I first filed my VA claim they contacted me and said that they would help me get my benefits. and I agreed, but they did not help me at all. The VA made the call for my benefits and I have recieved them. The VA has no attorney listed for me on their record.
