Lied about whether they charge for the initial rating. In the contract it is written as you pay for the increase. I verbally confirmed that if I filed with them for my initial rating, they would only charge for subsequent increases. Then they charged me $10k for my initial rating.
I have tried in times pass to get my VA help and was told that they could not help me because I had no prior medical claims when I was on active duty in the army and the Army national guards Im excited about getting help and support from trajectory Medical Im hoping for things will get better for my life after serving six years of military service in our ************************* as 11 B infrantry soldier and 63B wheel Machanic

Avoid this company!!!!They contract out a lot of their services. You initially get assigned to a 'case manager' to help you with your paperwork. The problem is, they are using work sites out of country, somewhere in *****. So your case manager only talks with you by reading a SCRIPT!! They're not able to answer most questions. This place use to be Vet ********** (VC&P) which came highly recommended to me and were successful at increasing my disability rating. They were on the ball, squared away and great at what they did with a personal touch. However this company called Trajector purchased the old VC&P. Please know that you will be working with people that read from a script and english is not their primary language. I am writing this review after literally just hanging up with Trajector Medical. I'm furious, offended, and in disbelief. During the initial consultation, their representative stated it would be a $5,000 fee for their services. Today, I spoke with **************************, and he was very unprofessional. This company does NOTHING for veterans and they they have the audacity to send you bills. That, by the way, is the ONLY time you'll ever hear from them. Total scam. Reach out to your attorneys and State Attorney General, this must stop.
I started the process with this group thinking they'd be helpful. I should've done my research first. After reading reddit reviews and bbb.org reviews, I'm convinced this is a scam. I don't want anything to do with this company. 5 times a percentage is robbery when so many veteran groups out there will provide assistance for free! I want them to delete my account/profile and leave me alone!
