This is one of the most reprehensible companies I have ever dealt with. They lie through their teeth to get you to sign up and then do absolutely nothing. They told me that they would contact all of my doctors for evaluation and then write up everything for the VA. After being sent basically a copy (but poorly rewritten) of questionnaire answers, they wanted me to upload it to the VA. It was total c*** and unreadable. Terrible company. Unresponsive, a new "battle ****** every few weeks and absurdly over priced. All I did was fill out a template of questions, they took that and put it into paragraphs, word for word from the template of questions and sent it to me to upload. There was supposed to be a phone call with a symptoms recap team before the C&P, nothing happened. I went to all my appointments myself with no help from trajector. I was represented by an attorney and told Vet Comp and Pen that the attorney was doing the same work therefore I didn't need services. They attorney charges 20 percent so why would I pay them and an attorney. They continue to call after I declined services stating I owe them $7900 unreal. They didn't do any work!

I work with vet ********** before the name change to trajector, i wanted a increase for my migraines and it literally took 1 month and a half for the VA to make a decision. I didn't have to go to any appointments, i literally did everything myself and i was approved from 40% to 70%. I only received around $1700 in backpay but i had to pay this company almost $5000. I worked with Trajector Services in 2021 and was able to get an update in my claims percentile. I decided to work with them again to request an increase in some of my lower rated disability. The second time around was a horrible experience! I asked them in Jan 2022 to close my case, because customer service has decreased tremendously and this experience was nothing like my first one. I provided their requested records and received one call following. The company never returned a single call after the contract was signed. When i received the packet it was not useable and not to the standards the VA requires. Company calls several times a day although I have requested numerous times to be taken off of their call list. I did not solicit their help with any VA claims, do not need their help, would never pay money for help with a VA claim. I am on the do not call list. If the VA is selling veteran's contact information that is truly sad.

Made a deal to pay three months of what I got. Havent been able to reach the one Im supposed to work with in two months.I got a 10% disability and let some lady know since I couldnt get my helper. I was ask to send a copy of the letter and did and he was to call me. He didnt but immediately got a **** for much more than agreed on and I still havent heard from him.
