Avoid this company like the plague! Their so called "service" is extremely lack luster. The point of contact person, their "team" member, that they assigned to me, she NEVER answered her phone or returned my calls after leaving her a voicemail. (I didn't call her very often.) They had ***************** with their website; so I would fill out a form online for them & nearly get it finished, when suddenly I was unable to complete it! That happened more than once! Finally they printed out the forms & mailed them to me. I starte... read more

I started off working with Veteran ********** (VCP) at first. They were great, then it became Trajector Medical and it was down hill from there. I got one increase using them, paid them off. Tried for another and it was denied by the VA. I was done trying to get anymore increases. Then Trajector Medical calls me one day and says they need my last decision letter. So I sent it to them. They replied that the one I sent is not the last one I got. I called the VA and had them send me the last 2 years of decision letters and sent... read more

Our goal is to provide excellent client service while helping our Veterans receive all the benefits for which they are medically, legally and ethically qualified. To address the concerns you raised, we evaluated your case and reviewed your feedback. It is important to note that our company does not file claims for clients or represent them in any way. Clients are fully responsible for anything they decide to submit to the VA and when they file. All clients are required to acknowledge these realities and limits of our medical ... read more

Total waste of money. The company did not do what it promised. There was no help provided other than filling out a form. They promised to "develop a compreshensive Medical Opinion addressing your symptoms, diagnoses and nexus to support VA Service Connection when applicable" and to "use our medical knowledge to evaluate all of the medical diagnostic codes..." among other things. Here's what they actually did - asked me to supply them with info about my conditions, then they cut and pasted what I sent them word for word into ... read more

The ********** firm was much better, however, this company has not helped with my claim at all, and when I asked them to withdraw from my case due to their lack of communication, they refused until they get a bill. My most recent claim was denied, so there is no bill. They were paid in full, more than they deserved, for the 10% claim for tinnitus. If you're a veteran, or your family is, consider the help from VFW, American Legion, Amvets or other ***************************** Do not enter into any agreement with Tragector, y... read more

Expensive for their services. Not everyone there is onboard with their policies. This happened to me, I gave a code so I would not have to use my SSN. I called and was asked for my SSN. I explained that I used a code and not my SSN. Me and that guy went around and around about that before I finally just hung up on him. I was told by what I will call a Battle Buddy Leader if I needed to talk to her send an email or ask for her. I sent an email, never called me. They keep asking for a screenshot from Ebenefits for information,... read more

You get what you pay for. I tried a couple of VSO, no help, went at it alone, no help. TRAJECTOR helped me from zero percent to 50 percent. Took a couple years, and C and P exams. You have to be willing to be patient. Remember you are dealing with the ** government. Really. I was at Camp Lejune 2 years. Too bad diabetes is not included. I have a plethora of issues. TRAJECTOR is well worth a try.

Only people that ever helped me . Got my rating increased from 10% to 70%. The VA was screaming and kicking and obstructing the entire way.And still fighting for me.

This company has been harassing me for over a year. I thought they would be helpful in filing a claim. They sent me some documents and ask me some information. They then said that they would send me a packet and I would have to read it and if I was good with it that we can move forward. When I got the packet it was terrible. They were misspelled words even my name. The information was not correct. I immediately called them and said I did not want their services because I could do this myself. I have several emails telling th... read more
