Used VCP for initial claim. After paying them for their initial services, I filed 4 new new claims on my own. VCP tried to **** me for consulting fees on new claims, stating they sent me a packet. I informed them I did not request a packet from them, nor did I receive or use the unsolicited packet they claimed they mailed **** spoke with 6 employees from VCP, explaining I did not use their services. It has been 5 month now and no real progress yet. The medical review was completed over a month ago and they keep sending bogus emails every 2 weeks or so but there has been no progress. It would seem that for the money the collect at completion, there would be some urgency but I guess since most of their employees are in *************** they operate at their speed.Find a company that is more responsive to customer needs.

They really know wow the VA works and with every service there is a cost but its worth the reward at the end. You would never know how many veterans are denied benefits because of miss wording and wrong diagnoses, please taken the time and find out about your benefits you have sacrificed yourself for your country and you deserve it.SFC Retired 100% P&T

They are very, very eager to talk to you until you are actually signed up and claim submitted. After than, good luck getting any answers as questions come up. I ended up firing them due to non-communication. I then got a very snotty reply saying something to the effect of, "sorry you didn't feel we answered you."No, I tried for over two weeks to get an answer for a time sensitive form that the VA wanted from me and I was heading into surgery and hospital stay and needed to get it taken care of before I went in. Just had my initial consultation with ****** this morning. The company goes out of their way to disclose everything related to what they do and how they do it. They also make sure that you fully understand the financial obligation that you are agreeing to to and that you only pay them if and when you win your V.A. disability claim. They do the majority of the work and assume the risks and you owe them nothing if you do not win. That is truly PRO **** SITUATION in favor of the plaintiff. This company is supposed to help veterans filling a disability claim with the Department of Veterans Affairs. I contacted them and they determined they could help. They made me sign a contract with the hopes of helping me file the claim and provide help during the process. I was working overseas at the time of the contract. They said they would help me with my PTSD claim and ignored everything else. The company sent me a few photocopies and left me on my own. It has been a cumulation of things over the years. One of the things that bothered me was getting an email or voicemail multiple times saying I had 12-24 hours to fax something. I work shift work and I may not see that message right away, so I had a truly short amount of time to get that done so the logistics was horrible for me. just like all the other complaints that i have read on the site, they preyed on me also. They were supposed to help me with a claim, after the claim was denied, i called and and reported to them like i was told. They never reached out to me. After about six months later I worked on the claim on my own. Vet Comp and Pen reached out to me with an invoice on a claim that they did not help me recieve. This company seems to act like they want to help you in the beginning, but then it turns into a scam.
