Food was below expectations in terms of taste and size of the dishes. The only exception was the tiramisu, that was delicious. Very expensive for what it is.
I guess it depends on your expectations. There were many tourists when we went with multiple large groups with children, so I imagine that it's good for families and people looking for something near their hotel or near attractions. As native New Yorkers, we were mostly disappointed. My shaved brussels sprout salad was very good, but the shrimp that I ordered with it were small, overpriced, and oddly cold. overpriced, waitress put extra expenses on the bill. With tip and taxes, the bill was over $750. wasn't worth it.
Quick service, but food was mediocre and expensive. Risotto is not risotto, not sure what they used instead of Arborio rice but the worst risotto we’ve ever had. Caesar salad had very little dressing and extremely bland (basically lettuce on a plate). Chicken parm was decent. Servers very efficient and nice, though. For $200 with no drinks and no dessert for 3 people, this was far overpriced even for the area.
I was disappointed with the food. Had very little taste. Had heard such great things. I will not be recommending it to any friends. The waitress was good but she forgot to share the specials with me before I ordered.
One of if not the worst chicken parm I’ve ever had. Olive Garden would be a Michelin starred restaurant in comparison.
Really slow service. 90 minutes minimum to have dinner. Not great when you are trying to make a show.
The food was good but overpriced for the amount served

This time we were seated in the bar area, where every time the door opened there were gusts of freezing air. The restaurant was crowded, and those waiting to be seated were hovering over our small table. The waiters had a hard time even navigating to our table. However, on the plus side, the service was quick and efficient and the food was good. We will think twice before returning and will definitely NOT sit in the bar area agai... read more
