It was fabulous! We were only in the city for 2 days. It was our 33rd wedding anniversary. When we walked in they handed us two glasses of Prosecco to toast with. The staff was extremely attentive and the food was delicious. They bring nice selections of different prepared vegetable dishes in addition to the bread and oil. Dinner was delicious. The lemon merengue cake was out of this world.
Visiting from out of town and felt like this was Authentic New York Italian. Loved it
Drew a bad table near waiters station with an over ambitious bus boy who kept trying to take our appetizer plates before we were finished eating- guy works his butt off though so that was impressive. Food was good but unless this place is within walking distance, save your cab fare.
Comfort food hit the spot after a long day of travel.

wonderful location if you are attending a concert at Carnegie Hall...Food is good, service is fine, and they understand concert times...Food comes quickly and is inventive...Good tuscan Food...Fried Artichokes are authentic...Roman....and the Pastas are inventive...They will do Pastas to order....i.e. Clam in White Wine Sauce even if it is not on the menu...Wonderful place to go...
This is my favorite restaurant in the city. We were celebrating my friend's birthday. She had never been there and loved it. Every dish was excellent as was the service.
