Trattoria Dell-Arte is not merely one of my favorite restaurants in Manhattan; it is one of my favorites in the world. From the moment the maitre d' greets you until you leave, everyone is kind and smart and treats every guest like a rock star. And the ambiance is striking and fun, the vibe a delight. And the food is exquisite, from the anitpasto bar -- the eggplant caponata, the heirloom carrots, the grilled asparagus -- through the incredible pastas (best cacio and pepe in New York), to the delicious desserts. Yup, I'm a f... read more

Delicious food and terrific service. Beautiful restaurant with great acoustics. No din and no echoing. Able to hear and engage in conversation without effort, which is so rare!!!

Just delicious food...well prepared and carefully served. We enjoyed the pre theater meal and then went to MTC to see "Long Lost." Thanks for making the evening so perfect.

We were seated in probably the most uncomfortable spot in the place, but I asked to move to a better table and they obliged. I wanted a pizza, but it was before pizza is served (I think it's after 8 PM?) but our server said he'd make us one anyway. Very accommodating and good service. I had the 100 layer lasagna, and it was outstanding to the last bite. This was my second time here and I'm from out of town. I'd come back for that lasagna.

A lot of gluten free and vegetarian options. Amazing wine list, yummy desserts, and both seafood and meat for those who want that. Appetizers were interesting and delicious. Right across from Carnegie Hall and a short walk to Lincoln Center.

The service was great! Very accommodating , the fish al forno was wonderful. The seafood risotto broth was missing some punch but the deserts are to die for!

My wife and I ate here prior to going to a show on Broadway. It was amazing. I got the veal parmigiana bolognese and her the vegetable plate. We both ordered the cannoli. Being our first cannoli, I don’t know if the bar could be set higher. It was delicious. I would recommend Trattoria Dell’Arte to anyone.
