Once again, Trattoria Dell’Arte did not disappoint! The service (Sarah) was exceptional, the meal superb and we even got to sit at “our” table under the beautiful Peter Max! Highly recommend!

Scheduled a business dinner for 6 with 48 hours notice, and we were able to secure a table at an acceptable time. Enjoyed the vibe and decor of the restaurant. It is somewhat noisy, but did not hinder our conversations. The food was o.k. The presentation is inviting, but the taste was somewhat bland. Salads are way over priced. The caprese salad is a unique collection including HIGH moisture mozzarella. Each entree ( lasagna, chicken and veal parmesan, spaghetti, and risotto) all came with the same comment. We live in Oregon and this is our favorite must go to restaurants in nyc. The main dining room is a pleasure The anti bar is great and the GF options help my kids be included.

This place was great for the basics like pizza and spaghetti, which my Mom had and loved but I had the diver scallops and they the portion was very small and very bland. Not worth the money. Also, the bread was not fresh. We did have great service and unbelievable cannoli!

When I made the reservation I noted that we had a 7 PM deadline and the staff made sure we made it, even though we had arrived late (thank you, New York traffic). The menu has lots of choices -- my girlfriend had the diver scallops and I had the "101 layer" lasagne. Both excellent. The lasagne was a portion large enough to feed a small army. Or me. We sampled the cannoli for dessert. The waiter claimed that the Times rated them the best cannoli in the City, and... read more

My moms birthday was on Saturday. None of us wanted dessert but they brought her a piece of their lemon cake with a sparkler and they sang Happy Birthday. Of course we all had a taste anyway and it was great. My mom was thrilled. The food came out so fast and it made us feel a little rushed but it was theater time so I know they were trying to get people in and out to make their play. It was a great experience.
