Lunch Prix Fixe is very good value and generous portions from wide selection of offerings. Chopped chicken salad was yummy; appetizer of braised calamari and octopus was tasty but would have preferred simpler presentation than spicy tomato sauce. My seafood risotto was outstanding! We were very lucky to have been placed in the quiet room in back of the restaurant. We were meeting with out-of-town relatives, and had plenty to converse about. Service was attentive and lovely. The boisterous rest of the restaurant was exciting, but would have been less perfect for our reunion.
Great place! The food and service were excellent and the staff made us feel special for our anniversary.
My wife and I dined with our daughter for her birthday. Our waiter was friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive. In fact, all the staff was incredibly friendly. Our meals were delicious and we never felt rushed. Trattoria Dell’Arte has become a favorite!

We had a delicious pre-theater dinner at one of the sidewalk tables looking across at Carnegie Hall. Our server, Anthony, was terrific and the experience could not have been any better! The nights special of soft shell crab and halibut was pricey, but scrumptious. The Ahi Tuna perfectly medium rare was also very good. This is a great spot near the theater district, but far enough away to avoid the crush of the crowds in Times Square. Highly recommend it anytime ... it is an old favorite of mine.
Wish I had their lasagna recipe. Best ever!
