Been there over 25 times service was off -- food still great
We had tickets for a show at Carnegie Hall and chose this restaurant based upon location. The food was excellent, as was the service.
Never disappoints! Food always delicious, wait staff top notch, perfect for pre-Carnegie Hall or other events in the neighbourhood.
I have been eating at your restaurant for over 30 years and it is still the high quality that I am so happy about. I had the ravioli and I think this was the best ravioli I have ever had. Wonderful service, great ambiance and quality food. thank you keeping it so steady for for so many years.
Hands down my favorite place in the city. I would eat here everyday if I were wildly wealthy. Every time my parents' visit I finagle my way into eating at least one meal here.
One of the best in NYC. Love the pasta, love the ambience. A bit pricey but so worth it. Special place to share with friends and family.

Love, love, love this place. Quintessential NYC feel, representing all that is great about the city. Service top notch and attentive even in a busy place. Food delicious. Go for one of the signature veal chop preparations. You know you want to! I’ve been here too many times to count and it never disappoints. I brought my family here for dinner the night before my wedding and they wowed everyone, adding to the great Weekend we had. This restaurant is a special place.
