I come to Trattoria Dell'Arte every time I'm in NYC. They never fail at providing the most welcoming and relaxed environment. The service is the absolute best and make you feel very special. I just had lunch with a group of 9 women in the city to celebrate my aunt's 50th birthday and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. Everyone agreed that lunch at Trattoria Dell'Arte was the highlight of our trip! A special thanks to Gregory, our amazing waiter!
Food always delicious, Fantastic service - server was accommodating and cheerful, recommend red snapper, antipasto bar and pizza!

This place is awesome. The food, the staff, everything is always wonderful! We even bring our kids (2 and 7 months) and it's great. There is just enough noise in the restaurant just in case my kids decide to scream lol. Get the chicken parm with pepperoni! Also, they come around with a tray of warm cookies!!

We were warmly greeted and seated upstairs which was great for talking/catching up. Our Irish waiter was charming, informative and gave us time & space while still getting us out on time for our show. The focaccia was very good, vegetable antipasti was ordinary but all three of our entrees were outstandiing (halibut special , tuna & ravioli) We had deconstructed cannolis for dessert (as suggested by our waiter as one of our party has lactose issues) - best ever! I hate being late for anything and so my sister and I arrived 10 minutes before our 11 a.m. reservation. It was a very cold, blustery morning and having walked from where we were parked, we wanted a quick refuge. The restaurant was still closed but the staff were already inside. We decided to call them on the phone to request that we be allowed to wait in the anteroom. The service was good, but if you have a limited time for a business lunch this is not for you. They are a little too laid back with taking your order and bringing you the check. The risotto of the day was out of this world - creamy parmesan - outstanding, but needed a small salad with it to counter the richness of the dish. I would definitely recommend the restaurant and go back myself.
