I had the tuna and is was outstanding, my guest had the lasagna and raved about it. but the canoli's were amazing!

I took clients here and we had a great time. My food was very good but not quite excellent. Still, it was great!

Great variety ambiance is vibrant yet very comfortable and noise level very restrained but I come for the food . Excellent wine list in all price ranges The veal parm is by far the best I have ever eaten

This was our fourth time dining here and it was as good as ever! The atmosphere is boisterous and the maître d' treated us like long lost friends. We enjoy the atmosphere and all four of us had different appetizers that were all thoroughly enjoyed. I hate to go to an Italian restaurant and not get pasta, but was intrigued by the Tuna Steak offering and trying to keep it light since we were running the NYC Half Marathon early next morning. Exceptional antipasto bar. The seafood is fresh, with endless choices. After dozens of visits, i have never had a bad meal or less than exceptional service. From the Maitre'D to the coat check, the staff here is friendly, courteous, and dotes on every patron as though they are VIPs. The tables are reasonably well separated, and the various rooms also provide a more private feel (a novelty in NYC). Dinner at Trattoria Dell'Arte was a wonderful experience, we were treated like Royalty from the time we arrived until we exited the entrance. No complaints, zero... Food was spectacular, service top notch. A larger restaurant that treats you like the name implies, a small neighborhood Itallian Trattoria. We had a great table upstairs overlooking the dining room. Try this restaurant, you won't be disappointed.

Loud as usual, but very convenient to Carnegie Hall. The food is usually reliably good. However, this time I found a long rolled up piece of saran wrap in my chicken. They apologized and immediately agreed to pay for the chicken course. They also gave me more chianti when my glass ran out without asking me if I wanted to buy another glass. It took too long for them to bring me grated parmigiana cheese when asked though. The fried artichoke appetizer was great as usual.

We chose Trattoria as it is walking distance to the theatre district. We were welcomed with genuine warmth and guided to our table. Nice artwork on the wall, but I think I prefer the front room slightly better than the back. The appetiser selection is phenomenal, service very friendly yet efficient enough that you'll make your show. They made us feel as if we were regulars, even if it was only our second time being there. I'd go back in a heart beat.
