All three of us had selections from the appetizer bar. They were all different choices and all delicious. We decided that our waiter, Gabriel, was a great face of the restaurant, in that he served us with charm, efficiency and hospitality.
I showed up to this restaurant disheveled and wet, during a heavy rainstorm. Everyone in my party was a touch late, and we had little time before heading to the theatre. The greeting as I entered helped me relax and enjoy a wonderful meal. I felt very taken care of by an attentive and friendly staff, as did everyone in my party. Loved the food as well! and the decor - a little "old world" Italy, with a touch of modern art - loved it. I'll go back for sure.
I loved the food, but the most outstanding was the service. Waiters were so kind, helpful, and patients. It's a little expensive, but it worth every penny. I paid with great satisfaction. It was a more than pleasant gastronomic experience.

Love the antipasti bar. All six items were great - one better than the next. Service great too. I never come to the city without dining there.
The staff and food was great! We had two birthdays at our table of 6. The staff took great care to make the birthday guests feel special. Food was delicious and a very knowledgeable staff of both food and wine. Great night all around! Highly recommend!
Our out of town cousins really enjoyed dinner as did we. All members of the staff were friendly and attentive.
I have dined here several time over the last several years and have never had a bad meal, always has been outstanding. I will return to this restaurant again. I would recommend reservations, although there have been times when I have flown into town and just showed up and a seat was found for me.
Your staff is the most amazing group of people. From the moment I walk in the door I feel so special every time I visit. The food is to die for. A must try is the Veal Parmagian! Split the veal and order other items to share...I'ts a must have every time I come to NYC. Most of all I visit because of the staff! Cheers Trattoria!
