The Staff was wonderful; it was my 12 yr wedding anniversary and the staff made sure that it was memorable!!!!
This was a wonderful restaurant. The maître D and the wait staff made you feel welcomed like they known you for years.
We started visiting Trattoria Dell Arte 20 years ago, We've probably been there 5 or 6 times. The food has always been consistently great. The service has always been attentive and friendly. Wait staff know the menu. We try to eat there whenever we're in town.
My mother, five year old daughter and I ate here before the theater on a girls trip. The maitre' de was incredibly friendly to my daughter and made her feel very welcome and special. Our watier was also extremely friendly to all of us...he actually stopped and chatted several times instead of just taking our order. He told us what famous people had been in the restaurant recently, asked my daughter about school and dance, and was just overall nice (unlike some NYC waiters). would go back here in a heartbeat!
The food is outstanding and the service is even more outstanding! I have been a regular from Chicago, hosting clients for three years at this resturant and they have never failed me.
We had tickets to Carnagie Hall, which was the first thing we were asked when we were led to our table. The food was amazing, the wait staff friendly and professional. The noise level was a bit much, but everyone was having a great time, so it was expected. I loved the veal, my husband loved his risotto, and even though we didn't have room for dessert, we intend to return and try some. We made the concert with time to spare, and will definitely go back for the next three concerts in the series.
Very nice place and excellent food. We were a party of 5 and ordered different entrees all of them were GREAT. The service was very good and they listened to my request for a nice center table. We enjoyed the overall atmosphere. We will definitely return to this excellent restaurant.
I have eaten here numerous times while in New York. The food and service is second to none. Tight quarters make it a bit loud but still does not retract from the great food.
Wonderful service and quality Italian food near the theater district. Good Manhattan ambience without the over the top pretense.
