Great service - must have the veal parmigiana (plenty for 2). Antipastos are superb
very expensive but it's all location,location,location.
I have come to Trattoria del Arte for years and feel it has gone downhill. Food was acceptable but uninteresting. We arrived with our middle-school aged children before a Carnegie Hall performance, and were promptly whisked away from the main dining room to an upstairs mezzanine where my head nearly brushed the ceiling and made us feel like giants in a funhouse. It has gotten a little tired, and the pastas are way over the top in terms of price
Food was outstanding and the service was amiable and attentive. I would recommend to anyone who likes Italian food.
Service was excellent. Food quality high. Busy environment near Carnegie Hall. Enjoyed the dining experience very much. Would definitely come back again!
Enjoyed the food - a little expensive for what you get - but particularly enjoy all the veggies.
