You don't have to love Italian to enjoy this restaurant. Portions are not so large to produce a turnoff. Pizzas are light and wonderful. The antipasti is fabulous and can be a meal in itself. The service in such a busy restaurant was excellent.
The salumi appetizer was a great "share" starter. Olive focaccia delish! But the special seafood risotto was a miss- predominant flavor was salt - too much of it - and rice was undercooked.
Food good, but not great - too many other beter Italian restaurants in the city to warrant a return trip.
The food was excellent, as usual, it was our third time eating here. But, our waiter, unfortunately, was impatient bordering on rude. We didn't immediately understand how to order the antipasti, and the waiter became irritated when asked to explain the process. During our previous visit to this restaurant, we also had bad service, so we're beginning to think this is a trend. Outstanding experience. Friendly, attentive service. Never felt rushed. Food was great and portions were very generous. Great time had by all.
wE LOVED THE FOOD AND THE SERVICE WAS OUTSTANDING
As always, the food and service at this Trattoria were excellent. Only draw-back was that the upper room we sat in was very noisy which made talking with our friends difficult.
Food was just ok....scallopini marsala was tasteless
our order came out too fast. (It wasn't expected). Otherwise food was great, service was efficient.
