Fabulous service and great food.
This restaurant is pretty good, albeit it very over-priced. $25 for a pizza, and not a great pizza, is a bit steep even for NY. The server was quite good!
We've eaten at Trattoria Dell'Arte a few times a year for many years. We like its convenience to Carnegie Hall, City Center and the subways. But especially we keep going back because the food is consistently excellent. My favorites are their shoestring potatoes, veal chop, and pannetone dessert. He asked if he could bring her something else and she said no thank you. One minute later the manager came over and was very concerned that she disliked her meal and she told him it was too salty. He apologized and immediately took the meal off their bill. I thought they were extremely classy as most restaurants simply take the plate aw... read more
