RecommendedTredway pools has been servicing our pool for over 15 years. Everything from water testing to opening and closing pool yearly. Also, they installed a new filter and heater over the years. They have always done a great job! Recently we needed past records to sell our home and they went above and beyond to get us what we needed. Thank you Jon and Susie!

Nyla the assistant manager, the parts manager and the manager at Tredway are terrific. They really took time with me to explain to me, a first-timer, how to apply chemicals. Nyla even gave me hand-written directions. A few days later the manager stopped immediately and tested my water and helped me when I came in. We didn’t even purchase our spa at tredway but we wish We had! Their people are terrific! We will buy our chemicals here and any future spa purchases and recommend Tredway highly!!

I had cracked my wet end housing late Thursday night and I contacted John David at the Lima location to resolve the issue. He was very knowledgeable and friendly, he even gave me his personal cell# to send pics of my housing. I drove at immediately picked up the part and had the pump up and running by 12:30 that day. Thank you John David for your help, it is great to still get quality customer service.
