Outstanding Care and Support from the Staff at Trellis Centennial I cannot say enough good things about the incredible team at Trellis Centennial. You know you have chosen the right place for the care of your loved ones when you are greeted walking in the door by Julie. She makes you feel comfortable to ask any question you may have unanswered. People don't care how much you know but they surely want to know how much you care, Julie is a fine example. What a gem!

My mother was transferred to Trellis back in April of 2024. She had two compression fx of her lower back, along with diabetes, heart disease, mild dementia, and stage three kidney failure. I thought it best to observe the facility for a while, get to know the staff, the physical therapy, and the caseworkers before forming an opinion. The first thing on my pro list was the private rooms. ( the last time she was in a rehab, her room mate was a problem). My dad was here for a month after a fall. The staff was very helpful and it was very nice to have a private room. We live out of state and we had many interactions with Julie, Annabelle, and Nicole G. They were very helpful with navigating this challenging process. Thank you, Annabelle, for all your help with Dad's discharge. It was the best planned discharge he has ever experienced. His home health care was contacted and his medications faxed in advance.
