My family and I are so thankful for Trellis Centennial rehab and all of its departments. From the moment you step in the door, you feel welcomed and valued. Not only is it a beautifully aesthetic rehab facility, with a lovely sitting area, but you are greeted so beautifully at the front desk too. There is even a little coffee bar, with table and chairs for guests visiting loved ones. My mother had a recent stay at Trellis Centennial for almost two months. In my first review I thought that this was an outstanding facility. However, reality set in. I had items from my personal drawer liberated by my nurse without facility or my authorization. When confronted the nurse said that she was not on shift when she clearly was. The facility does have staff that truly care about their patients. Those individuals are a nurse named Charles charge nurse Karen, a cna named Emily and activities coordinators named Melissa, Josette and Breanna. Was there in 2020 for four months and it was wonderful they took care of me and both of my knees, and got me to where I could walk. The food was it was great. The help with the physical therapy was wonderful. They transported me to all my appointments and I was just back there again for a leg with three broken bones and they treated me the same way. If they did the first day I was there I would recommend Nurse to anyone if you want to get better.

The receptionist lady's in the front were such a big help to me , they made sure I knew where to go and also they made my feel welcomed !! Everyone also here is the best

I'm going to start this review by saying I was skeptical at first I truly thought this was to good to be true. Over two weeks ago a dear friend was about to be discharged from the hospital in Henderson with a diagnosis of terminal cancer. We spent days searching facilities in Las Vegas to move her into. After visiting several and being severally disappointed I contacted Kristy at Trellis. Everything the staff the Doctors was well taken care of had a broken hummerus painfull. Everyone was professional kind made sure I got my pt and ot always answered my needs gave me snacks when I asked never denied help thank you for my recovery

My mother stayed at this facility for rehab work due to back injury this summer. The staff was very friendly, services such as PT,OT, nursing, and CNA were all good. Some really remarkable caring PT/OT staff at Trellis. Care plan was organized and we were kept informed /good communication. The room and facility were clean and organized. We recommend Trellis without hesitation.

My brother has been here for two months recovering from a stroke. Everyone here has been wonderful. The food is amazing !! I showed a picture of it to my daughter and she said OMG where did you eat that and I said that's my brothers dinner trey! she wanted to go to the restaurant that had that!! every meal has been over the top, so unusual for these facilities.
