If you care about your loved one, avoid this facility at all cost. Do not let the new exterior façade and friendly front desk staff fool you. The staff at Trellis are incapable of monitoring and handling their patients. Period. My father stayed at Trellis for just under a week. In that short time, his health deteriorated very quickly. He asked to see a doctor on a Friday morning, but the facility doctor did not come to his aid nor even see him. Patient Consult crew is a joke. They did NOT give me all the options available for my father. They refused to accept At-Home Hospice (you do not have to be terminal for Hospice!), even when confronted with facts. Saying they 'were not able to give this as an option'. When I did choose hospice, a doctor to whom had never visited with my father (I was a helicopter daughter) went to my father and told him he should not leave. My mom transferred from Summerlin hospital to Trellis and was there from late night July 30th to August 11, 2022. Ms. Eikes, Admission person was very nice and helpful. She always helped us in what ever she could, or direct me to the right person to talk to. Norma the Activities person is very nice and very helpful! When we got to the facility I spoke to both night nurses about her meds, care and any other info I knew it would be helpful for them to know. If I could leave ZERO stars I would. This place is an absolute joke. If you are not close to being independent do NOT consider this place for rehab. They have no ability to help anyone who needs assistance. They are left to be in a bed with no help and zero plan to help them improve. Patients will sit in their room with a call light on for hours and no help to ever come. Nurses will not help and their answer to anything is that's the CNA's job. Wish I could leave 0 stars but you have to give at least one to be able to comment. This place is negligent, the whole "due to covid...please excuse " is BS!!!! Covid doesn't prevent them from being able to properly bath and clean after diaper changes, etc. My mother came home with the worst bleeding diaper rash and peeling skin all over her body because of neglect NOT COVID!!!!! Also, just because the facility looks good doesn't mean the staff is good. They treated my mother horribly

Terrible communication and follow up. Due to covid my mother in law can't have visitors. I will leave politics out of this. My wife has asked 5 times to get on the approved communication list. Hopefully the fifth time works. Over a week there we still don't have information regarding her surgery or pathology reports. Nobody there seems to care about the families. The entire staff is the most incompetent people I know.The health care ln las vegas is horrendous anyway.My mother was ignored, received no answer to her call light.We got her out of there yesterday.A nutless monkey could have taken better care of her.It took them 30 minutes just to open the window so we could talk to her.All the staff are useless!

I had a 20-day stay at Trellis Centennial in April, 2021 after hip surgery. During my transportation to Trellis from the hospital, conversation with the attendants led me to believe that this was a top notch facility. A few years back, I had a knee replacement and my rehab was at Silver Hills. The driver told me that Trellis was a step-up. Unfortunately, I don't agree with assessment. I have to rate them even. I will never put my family here again. They are treating her like she's a pet in a pet shop. Trying to tell me that's it's only window visits for only 30 minutes a day. Also saying that's it's by appointment only. What kind of BS company are they running.
