The night crew is exceptional Gwen and basically all of the crew were kind, informative and comforting. My father was transferred there a couple days ago. The communication is Amazing all of the key people reached out and gave me their contact info. What a great place. Very organized and helpful!! I'm sure day crew will be amazing as well.

I had a 16 day stay here I cannot recommend trellis enough! The staff is remarkably loving catering and attentive. The food is excellent. They are very concerned regarding cleanliness. .

My mom stayed there for two weeks. She received all the care and attention that she needed. Their communication and friendliness was greatly appreciated during her short stay there.

The physical therapy department is top notch in my opinion. I must give fair warning , if you are a diabetic, I would not recommend this facility. In fact, if I were you, I would run away as fast as possible. They are not qualified to have diabetic patients. Their case managers, leave a little bit to be desired as well.

I feel like patients get ignored if they are bed bound. The deteriorating condition is not noticed by anyone until it is too late. My mom was too weak to feed herself due to a broken wrist and it was only 1 or 2 CNA's that helped her eat. Most of the time she did not eat or drink. She developed pneumonia and nobody took action. You need a serious advocate if you stay here. It is clean but you will get the bare minimum care.

Judging from the other one star reviews, my initial impression is spot on. I called on several occasions to get information about the director of nursing to report a safety violation I witnessed at their facility. The receptionist, Berenice, was extremely rude and proceeded to inform my wife and I that no manager was on duty, in order to evade our complaints. Funny how many of the names on the good reviews are the same as some of the people whom they employ. My original view of reviews gave them 1 1/2 stars... and not just on Yelp. This place is below standard and I am going to report the negligence and abuse I received while I was in their care, (I was even threatened by one of the supervisors), to the state licensing board.

If I could leave a negative for this place I most definitely would. I was denied my medication (she also told me that I could ask all I wanted and that she wasn't going to give it to me) I then went asking for a supervisor, my nurse "Jessica" replied, "Go ahead, she's on the other side of the building," This was said viciously, as she knew I wasn't supposed to be walking (reason I was in there after a surgery).
