I will never put my family here again. They are treating her like she's a pet in a pet shop. Trying to tell me that's it's only window visits for only 30 minutes a day. Also saying that's it's by appointment only. What kind of BS company are they running.

I went in for help after hip Surgery. I stay at home by myself and had no one to help me. At first this seemed to be very nice facility! But after 6 days of being uncomfortable in a bed that now l have back issues do to them not giving me a bigger bed and only having one recliner.The Dr's ,Occupational and Physical Therapist are Fantastic!! As Well as All the CNA l came in contact with.. But l told a CNA l wanted to be discharged and l heard the Charge Nurse refuse to help me saying it 7:00 soon l am doing nothing!! Wasn't u... read more
