Thanks to the IFS refinance loan, my loan rate was REDUCED BY 10% and my monthly payments went down by $ 80???? The process was pretty simple and fast...a week and a half in all. Victor, my loan officer was great to work with, kept me informed throughout and was very responsive.

I went in this application being skeptical because of the mixed reviews, but I gotta tell you that the process was one of the fastest loans apps I've ever experienced. The IFS rep Brian was extremelly helpful, 24 hours later the lender contacted me telling me I was approved and 48 hours later paperwork was on it way for me to sign. Loan was funded 24 hours after receiving the docs, now my interest rate dropped 5%, my payment dropped 180$ and since I've been discharged from BK in 2013 this had been the best news ever!.
