Everything about this process was easy from the application process to submitting documents to communicaion with IFS in general. Emily was great to work with and responded promptly and professionally to any questions I had. I am thrilled that I was able to get a lower interest rate and monthly payments. They really worked to find me the best possible refinance option, and i would recommed them to anyone. Great customer service!
I went to IFS because of the low rates, and to see what kind of APR I could get. I knew exactly what I wanted, I have done this before and I wasn't ready to play any games and was expecting to have to. I was ready to be frank and leave at first sign of any BS. While I wasn't able to get my rate as low as the Credit Karma notification had mentioned I was still able to lower my monthly payment significantly and save thousands over the term of my loan. I worked with Kevin at IFS who was prompt, courteous, and always customer service centric whenever we spoke be it on the phone or email. The entire process was smooth from start to finish.
