Working with Harry and the team was great. They found me an incredible rate with an excellent lender for the refinance of my auto loan.
Harry Chang's service was spot-on.
I took pictures with my phone of everything: my DL, proof of insurance, odometer reading, etc. It took less than 5 minutes to round up all the documentation and then simply sending Harry the pics.
The First person I got was Ross. He was not helpful at all, very rude, he got frustrated when I asked him to check on my rates because his information was wrong and he stopped communicating with me and never got back to me. I had a friend that had went through Emily, so after such a bad first impression and experience I decided to give it another try. Emily was amazing. She took a look at my account fixed everything and got my payment lowered. The process was quick and easy. I would recommend IFS and Emily!! Thank You IFS
I applied and received an e-mail from Harry Chang immediately!! He "shopped" my refinance and received an approval the next day. I received the paperwork by e-mail, filled it in and returned to them using the FedEx label that was sent to me with the package. Harry answered all of my questions because I didn't have a clue what I was doing. I've never done a refinance before on a vehicle. His professionalism, patience and promptlness was top shelf!! Hats off to Harry for representing IFS in a grand fashion!!!
IFS was able to lower my interest rate from 13.99% to 6.24%!! My monthly payments were reduced by more than $160.00 a month. This is a huge help to me. So glad I went with my instinct and Harry at IFS!!
