I read a lot of the disgruntled reviews on here and although CK does refer us to some dead end credit opportunities, this one was the cash cow for me. I bought my truck a couple of years back with a score in the mid 500s, and have been paying $600 a month on a $570 payment. My interest rate was a ridiculous 14.5% and they got me down to 5.4% and payments of $450. I put in the work to repair my credit, but they took the chance to work with me and it has paid off. I applied for a refinance after receiving a offer through credit karma. I was contacted by a specialist within a couple of days and approved for refinance. The specialist worked hard to get me the best rate possible. Everything was handled through email(which I prefer) and was quick and easy. I would definitely recommend their services.

I applied to IFS after seeing it here on CreditKarma. I had an offer for 4.75% for 72 months to refinance my car loan (2013, $15,400 left on it, current rate is 5.98%). I did not want such a long loan, so I looked into a 60 month loan with an advertised rate of 3.99%. Even better. The customer service was great (Jose), the application process was reasonable enough, but the loan I was approved for was 60 months at 5.49%.
