The overall process was a bit tedious due to miscommunication and a case of playing "phone tag," but eventually my auto loan was refinanced. It took a good while to finally get in contact with my refinance advisor, but he was very helpful and courteous once contact was finally made. IFS lowered my interest rate from 8% to a 6%, I am a college student and needed a cosigner who did not have a score of 700+ like myself so that was the reason the interest didn't drop as much. Great company overall.
Emily with IFS was able to lower my rate and monthly payment. Within just a few weeks my old car loan was paid and I'll now be paying the new lender. Easy process!
