I have just completed the process of refinancing my car. The process was very easy and suprisingly stressfree! I have to admit, I was a bit leary of applying for a loan over the internet.... but thought, if Credit Karma was recommending this site - it should be safe. I applied to refinance for one vehicle. I recieved an email from Geoffry Sterling who was very helpful and informative. I was approved for a better rate and even was approved for a second vehicle to refinance. The process was easy with little worries. I would definately suggest IFS to a family member or friend.

I applied with IFS and worked with Emily Hwang. She was very pleasant, professional and patient with me. The first bank we tried to refinance with did not work out so well. However, she made a few suggestions and resubmitted my application. Voila, she was able to get us into the right bank with even a better rate. I applied through Credit Karma and had a response within a few hours. I was waiting on a recent title for my car and my customer service Rep Brian was very patient and there every step of the way. I highly Recommend anyone looking to save money to use IFS. Brian was very helpful and made the process easy.

I was pleased to refinance my truck and cut the interest rate by 50%! The only reason I gave 4 stars for the application process was that IFS made a simple error, which they caught and fixed, and this required a bit of extra work on my part. I strongly recommend Mark Gist and IFS for their professionalism and and personal support. It is so nice to work with people who are knowledgable , who care, and who answer their phone! It is also nice to pay off my truck a year sooner for a lot less per month.

Credit Karma suggested it. I clicked on the offer. Matt Cordova called in a couple hours and I was approved quickly. It cut my rate in half and reduced my monthly payment by quite a bit. I strongly recommend. I wish they did mortgages too.

I had purchased a car with poor credit about 16 months ago and had a very high interest rate of around 10%. As time went on and I monitored my credit, my score got better. I was checking my score on Credit Karma and saw the option for as low as 4.99% through IFS for my score. Matt at IFS was absolutely fantastic to work with. Walked me through the whole thing and got me hooked up with a lender that only added 6 months to my term and dropped my rate to 5.49% (not quite the 4.99% but I know how the "As low as" game works). My interest rate was cut off by over 50%. I have almost $100 saving per month and 2 yrs shorter to pay off my car. Evidently numbers speaks for itself. Numbers don't lie. The process? At your own pace. It's really up to the applicant. It was very simple or I may say that IFS Emily Hwang made it simple for me. It feels like she works for me not for her company. Result? I will add my $100 saving to my monthly payment. I can pay off my car in less than 2 yrs. Thank you EMILY HWANG!
