I was satisfied with the car loan i had, so I would not have completed this process if there had been problems. A financial package I use suggested I reduce my car payment, so I applied. The application process went smoothly, and I received a response sooner than I expected. The person assigned to my loan was very helpful and answered any questions I had quickly and efficiently. Everything went smoothly and now my old car loan is paid off and I am making payments to a company I am very pleased with.
Customer service was outstanding my contact person Emily was five stars all the way, she was always keeping me in the loop throughout the application process and was always willing to answer my dumb questions without negativity. I had forgot one piece of paperwork and customer service resent it to me overnite with no questions asked. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a break and I look forward to my relationship with them.
Refinancing my car was relatively quick, and considering the savings, certainly worthwhile. I cannot imagine an easier way to have done this, and I experienced great customer service throughout the entire process.
