I had Harry as my contact for IFS. He was truly amazing. He was so patient with all the questions I had and very knowledgeable. Anytime the bank that the refinance was going through needed more information, Harry would contact me instead of just someone random from the other bank. He was great at finding a plan that would work best for me. This is my first car loan so the dealership had me at 20%... for a car loan. It was a quick and easy process. Emily was extremely helpful and very responsive to all of my calls - she took care of everything from start to finish. I would absolutely reccomend using IFS if looking for auto re-fi.
I was not having any trouble with the service on the car loan I had, but a financial package I use suggested I reduce my car payment. I would not have completed this process if there had been any problems. I applied for this loan and received an answer much sooner than I expected.
