I didn't realise, because I linked directly through CK, that they basically just shop around for you. The application through CK is only partial so then you have to email them more info. It took about 3 business days and they came back with a rate of 6.99% (the rate I was looking to lower was 8.14%) through a CU 1500 miles away.
