Very unprofessional,after i filled the application form,they sent an email saying i need to call them ,so why would they pull your credit score if they wouldn't bother to call saying if you been approved or not !
Do not try a loan with them . They claim they are so busy that only do business with them threw email . Then get email saying sorry we won't go forward . Horrible company, cannot even talk on the phone .
Do not sign up for a refiance with this company, they let all the lenders pull your credit which if they were trying to help you, only one pull would be adminstered. They don't let you talk to anyone else besides the person with your case and they should be unacceptable. I was not approved for whatever reason but I have paid off two vehicles and no lates ever on my credit report. I applied, they said they received my application and would match me with an advisor to work throuh the process and that I should've gotten an email about it as well. Never got an email, and when I refreshed my page it said my application had been closed and I'd be receiving a letter of adverse action shortly. No contact whatsoever, and it was only about 2 minutes after I applied! I can't imagine any real person could've even had the chance to look. And my credit isn't that bad, either. I put in my application over 2 months ago. They ran my credit and I never once heard from them.
So I received an email from Tedd Tran telling me to call him during specific hours... already a red flag anywho I called left an message and never got a call back but I kept getting emails. The email read to respond to the email so they know they have the right person and that documentation was going to be needed so I responded asking what was needed for proof okay did that. Beware of dealing with this pathetic company. Your contact person might be Jerry Hicks. He never answers the phone. If disapproved, he just sends an email. Sorry, SOL. He's pathetic, just like the company. Look elsewhere.
I applied it took couple days to get a response to tell me no oh well.
I applied for a refinance on my vehicle because IFS said I had very good approval odds. After pulling 2 hard inquiries and damaging my credit even more they told me I'm not approved. Don't waste your time
