I have to start by stating Drew did give excellent ,timely customer service. However, this doesnt help when a deniel happened within 3 hours. Ive had no late pays the last 5 years, no bk , no public records. Experian 584 Transunion 618 and Equifax 627. He stated the auto deniel came back using my Experian score. Ive been with same job 4 years, same home 5 years. Good debt to income ratio. Don't waste a credit ding if you have a low Experian score!
Credit karma recommended this company. With a 649 credit score and 100% on time payments I couldn't get approved. The guy said he would call me back never did I called him a few days after he said he would to even get a response. Your better off checking with your local credit union! I just got approved by spacecoast with a great interest rate.
I just applied for a loan to lower my car payment at a better interest rate. We need to get another car, so I thought wow, good terms...WRONG! After I applied, I received an automatic response that they could not help me at this time! I'm trying really hard to repair my credit and all I get is going to be points off my score! Thanks!
I was lured in by Credit Karma offering a huge annual savings. I applied and was approved but a much higher rate than Credit Karma was advertising. What a waste of time and now I have another inquiry. They explained that they have no control over what Credit Karma offers. So beware, you will not be happy.
These people have no idea what they are doing. It took a month for me to even get anyone on the phone. Once I did, the guy was rude and acted like I was bothering him. I would never use this company even if they offered 1% financing.
I'm starting to see this seems to be some sort of scam or one of the two are not true to their word in helping (IFS). In helping to rebuild and repair credit, Credit Karma is suppose to recommend a company who's suppose to assist you. My credit isn't that bad as I just purchased a 2014 Jeep for my RETIREMENT from the Military (US ARMY after more than 25 years of service); in March 2014 and a 2014 Dodge Journey for my daughter for her birthday in June but was told, my credit was not good enough for refinancing from IFS! Huge waste of time and it damges your credit score. I applied and I have a 650 credit score. I work full time trying to refinance my truck. They turned me down and will not answer their phone to tell me why
I figured I would try out refinancing my car since it was included as one of my recommendations by Credit Karma. Credit Karma specifically had a link that said "Take This Offer" and provided a specific interest rate reduction that included a new specific dollar amount for my car payment that was 30 dollars less than my current one. I made the intial contact through credit karma's site, then started to make the calls. Every day I called. Every day I got voice mail. I heard nothing back, sent nothing else from the initial contact form, and then suddenly I get a denial. I don't understand how that happened when I didn't provide anything else, and never once talked to anyone. The rep that emailed me the first day told me to call him and never once called back. Poor communication, moving along to someone else.
