I wanted refinance my 2015 Nissan with them I seen how they were rated on this website so I applied. I received a phone call the next day from a representative from this company and ask me a few questions which I answered and I ask him what exactly was he going to do. The representative said he was going to take my information to his lender and get me an answer in a few days, well when he said lender he meant over 10 of them which of course now has caused a derogatory mark on my report because of 10 inquiries. I applied to refinance our auto loan as the the recomended by CK site. Well now I ahve more hard pulls on my credit and they could not find us a loan, even after improving my score to the 600 and FICO over 680. So don't be misslead.
Karma said it could get better rates based on my profile, The guy came back within like 2 hours of doing app and said they cant get anything with lower interest.. What a joke.
Started off great. Easy online applicaitona and a quick call from Alex confirming our info. Alex said we should qualify for a much lower interest rate and that he would let us know via email. That was a week ago. We have called and emailed with no returned contact. Just left us hanging. What a waste of time.
If you have worked hard to build your credit and would like to re-finance a bad car loan, do not go with these guys. They do not want people that have become responsible with their credit and can make payments on time. I applied for a refinance on my car with a balance of $7K. You are led to believe this is a re-finance company, IT IS NOT! All they did was take my personal information and apply to different banks and lenders for refinanacing. This all showed as credit hits and was something I could have done myself. If you want someone sending a bunch of lenders your information and applyng for loans in your name go for it. If not do not use this.
Like the title says, I apply for a refiance load and automatically rcvd a email to contact a Tyler D. i called and left a voicemail and never rcvd a followup call whats so ever, only a automated rejection letter. Might want to spruce their customer service skills and personally return phone calls.
