I was able to get through the process in a short period of time.
This is a very good company to work with. My financial advisor walked me through the virtually painless process. Almost everything is done via the intenet, with the exception of paperwork that must be notarized. Making this a convienent way to do business. I would highly recomend this company. This has saved me nearly 7500 dollars not to mention that my new payment is a lot more acheivable long term.
I applied for this loan through Credit Karma (to refinance my car) and my advisor Ashley was THE BEST! She was so kind and sweet when we first talked on the phone, she didn't push me to do anything that I didn't want to do, she answered all of my questions, and honestly made the process super easy. The loan process was quick and pain free with the help of Julie. She kept in contact the whole time through email and phone and was there to help me out even with trivial stuff (like when I had to find a notary at 4:30 PM, a day beofre my state ordered a stay at home order). I highly recommend them!!!
