The application process was smooth from start to finish. The service was professional and friendly and I am EXTREMELY happy with my new car loan, it's MUCH MUCH better than what I had before. I can't recommend them enough and I will be using them in the future!
I applied to obtain a lower interest rate and monthly payment on my auto loan. I applied online and the rep that followed up by phone and handled the entire process was very professional, friendly, and helpful. The new loan met my expectations and lowered my rate and payments. I was very satisfied with the entire experience.

Credit Karma advised that I should consider refinancing at a lower interest rate!! I was very skeptical, but decided to try it anyway!! Jon was awesome to work with. I took a chance with CreditKarma's suggestion and tried Innovative Funding Services for a refinance. I got a call from Rob and he made the entire process smooth and seamless. After all the paperwork was in a row, I have a new loan with a much lower interest rate! Thanks Rob! :)
Jon Parton made the process easy and it only took minutes to get approved. Initially I was hesitant to apply but took a chance and glad I did.
I decided to wait to refinance, however Joshua Barnes was extremely helpful and honest about how it all works. We I do refinance I will go through this company. My customer service experience was great.
I was assigned to John G. And he was great. He was with me every step of the way and answered every question I had. I talked to him on the phone first and then the rest I requested to do by email. I did a few electronic signatures, then I was sent documents by mail to sign and send back. After that everything was done. They sent a check to my previous finance company withing 24-72hrs. All I had to do was just switch lien holders on my insurance.
This is NOT a broker. The process moves quickly once you provide the required information. You have a Finance Advisor during the entire process that keeps you updated on the progress of the application, which is not lengthy at all. My Finance Advisor was Jon and he did an AMAZING job in keeping me updated and answering all of my questions....even answering questions that I didn't know I had. I would definitely refer others to IFS.
