My payment is lower, my interest rate is lower, and I now have GAP Insurance, which I didn't have before. I feel much more secure having the GAP insurance, because since the interest rate on my previous loan was sooo high, I am upside down $5,000. The lower payment, lower interest, and GAP Insurance definitely gives me peace of mind, which I didn't have when I had to take out the initial loan. I just got my car loan refinanced and my finance advisor, Josh Barnes was amazing. He kept in touch with me regularly through out the entire process and he was so helpful. It was a great pleasure working with him and I strongly recommend him.
Process was completed in about 10 days. Mary U. was very prompt whenever I would reach out to her with questions. I also found her transparency during the entire process to be very refreshing. Definitely recommend.
Application process was easy. My phone was not working so they worked with me through email which is my preferred contact method so I appreciated that. Emily told me exactly what I needed I do and how to do it. My interest rate is much better, it was high d/t my credit being poor. I was able to go from 25% to 13% which will save me over 3k on the life of my loan and 40 a month on my payment.
